Pride in Lagos Ball captures the defiance and joy of Lagos' queer community as they break free from societal confines. Through this series, I document the fluidity of movement, the boldness of costumes, and the deep emotion as participants claim their space. Each frame is a celebration of identity—a dance of freedom, love, and resilience. The ball becomes both a protest and a sanctuary, where joy and expression are acts of rebellion, and the vibrant spirit of Lagos’ queer community shines unapologetically.
